Hall of Scolls
04 July, 2018
I was in a spacious guest hall with a ceiling 6 meters or higher. The tall walls were yellow and large pieces of long scrolls of Chinese calligraphy were hanging from the top. In the hall, my builder was trying to cover half of the walls with wainscot made of wood strips. Not only he was covering the wall, he was also covering the bottom halves of the calligraphy pieces. I was yelling at him, he is ruining the artwork. He didn’t listen but keep nailing wood over them.
