Regular, irregular.

A whole mall, being rebuilt - a space familiar to me, but warped by the dream. Walking through the back of a shop to what felt like an alternate/parallel universe - a multilevel space with a series of sharp, geometric shards emerging from the undulating ground plan. Some are integrated with changes in level, others standing alone, like sharp, mountain-like structures. Each is in coated in large splotches of bright colour and defined by small, jewellery-like details - irregular geometry in the midst of the strong geometry of triangular prisms. At the end of the dream I find myself lost amidst tables of incredible jewellery. Sifting through piece after piece, I remember a pair of very long, black earrings, irregular, perhaps from beaten metal.
